My Go-To Breakfast (that I have nearly every single day.)

I cook one or two batches of bagels and stash them in the freezer for a few weeks which makes this breakfast super quick. The longest prep is frying the eggs but it all comes together in about 5 minutes (which is truly my favorite type of meal - quick, simple and satisfying.)

1/2 sourdough bagel (recipe here) toasted with 1/2 tsp honey, 125g cottage cheese and 1/2 tbsp raspberry jam

Seasonal fruit (berries are my go-to because of their fiber content)

2 free range eggs

Coffee of choice - I switch my coffee options up frequently so this can be anywhere from an americano with some type of cream, almond/oat/cashew milk latte, grass-fed whole milk latte…it’s a mix. I always add a scoop of collagen into my coffee to help my hair and nails thrive.
