Big Ol’ Protein Pancake

Honestly? I REALLY wanted pancakes this week, but I also wanted them to be a decent macro option since I’m currently in a bit of a deficit.

I didn’t have the highest of hopes for this pancake variation BUT I was very pleasantly surprised. If you need less fat - try substituting some egg whites, using less butter for cooking or sub the egg on the side with some turkey or back bacon.

Butter, 7.5g

Baking Powder, ½ tsp

2% Cottage Cheese, 60g
